See the movie below for a visual of Circle Practice Circle practice is a fun and exciting way to train to stay calm and relaxed in a crisis. Plus its a good cardio warm up. Put someone in the middle of a group of three to five people. The person in the middle is "it". Everyone else in the group attacks the person who's "it". Start light, with everyone attacking with low level punches. Have it so that no one can attack until the person who is "it" actually looks at them. As you improve change the practice to all front kicks and then to some of the attackers doing lower Oi-tzuki and some doing Mae geri. If your "it" stay relaxed and in control of your body. Have the person in the middle do nothing but stepping out of the way at first. After everyone's confidence has improved have the person in the middle throw in a few blocks and counters.
