You can easily construct a grappling dummy and punching bag by simply stuffing a snowsuit with pillows and and blankets. If you don't have a snowsuit go down to your local army surplus store and by a cheap used snowsuit. Be sure to remove any buckles and duct tape all the zippers so you don't get cut.
